This page provides information about the school funding constitutional amendment that Ohio's education community hopes to place on the ballot in November, 2007. There are plenty of web sites that will provide information about, or analysis of, the amendment. This page will try and provide links to as many of these resources as possible. I am opposed to this amendment. Despite the protestations of its authors, it is a blank check written by Ohio Taxpayers to the education community with no information about what taxes would have to be increased to pay the bill and what impacts this would have on other state services or the state economy.
